Boards come with custom lanes, drag-and-drop functionality, swimlane grouping, and a hierarchy from epic to sub-task. The software provides sprint reports such as velocity, over-log, and average hours, along with visual timelines for sprints, epics, and tasks. Epic progress tracking and automatic movement of incomplete tasks to the next sprint are also included.

A distinctive feature is GPS-geofenced field time tracking. Field teams use the mobile app to start and stop tasks, with every entry GPS-stamped and validated within a 100-metre geofence. This ensures accurate, auditable on-site hours, with work-log reports and attendance tracking by employee, date, and location. The system includes late, early, and absent counts per site, and links with payroll for shift synchronization.

Tazk Projects offers a one-click Jira migration tool, allowing import of up to 50,000 issues per session, including tasks, epics, comments, and file attachments. The migration process includes live credential checks, conflict detection, AES-encrypted tokens, and progress polling. The platform integrates with other Tazk modules such as Payroll for timesheet-based billing and Assets for equipment allocation. Delivery is via web and mobile app, with Chennai-based support.
