PLAIN-LANGUAGE LIMITS

Disclaimer

Plain-language limits of the PulseGate index.

This page explains what the PulseGate catalog is, what it isn't, and the main limits on how to read it. It is not a substitute for the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.

INFORMATIONAL USE ONLY

PulseGate is an informational catalog of software products. It helps users orient themselves in software ecosystems by listing products discovered through public sources, tracking each listing's alive-state, and surfacing basic identification details such as name, domain, category, and indexing freshness.

PulseGate does not provide product reviews, legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, procurement advice, or any professional recommendation.

NO ENDORSEMENT OR CERTIFICATION

A listing, category assignment, or mention in PulseGate does not mean that PulseGate endorses, certifies, recommends, or approves any product, company, team, or technology.

PulseGate is a catalog, not a seal of approval.

NO RANKING OR SCORING

PulseGate does not publish a ranking, score, quality measure, or popularity index for listed products. Listings appear in catalog order — typically by indexing time, alphabetical, or filter-defined order — and position carries no editorial weight.

Where a listing is shown, its placement is not a statement about quality, reliability, safety, legality, viability, or commercial fit.

No entity has a right to any particular listing position, category placement, or visibility outcome.

CATALOG STATES

Each listing is in one of two operational states: alive (regularly verified as reachable on its public surface) or dead-confirmed (confirmed unreachable, withdrawn, or otherwise no longer present after multiple checks). The catalog total equals the sum of these two states.

Default browse views show alive listings only; dead-confirmed entries remain queryable but are not surfaced by default. A listing's state can change at any time as the alive-gate revalidates against public sources, and we do not guarantee that any given state reflects the underlying product's current real-world status.

COVERAGE IS NOT COMPLETE

PulseGate does not claim to be a complete census of all software products, tools, models, or infrastructure. Coverage may be incomplete across regions, languages, categories, source families, or product types.

Some public surfaces are easier to observe than others. Some products may be missing, delayed, or misclassified.

ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, AND PUBLIC-SOURCE LIMITS

PulseGate relies in part on public-source availability and third-party surfaces. Public information may be stale, noisy, incomplete, inconsistent, withdrawn, or technically difficult to observe.

Although we aim to improve accuracy and freshness, we do not guarantee that any content in the Service is complete, current, or error-free.

INDEPENDENT JUDGMENT REQUIRED

You should independently verify material information before making commercial, technical, procurement, investment, or legal decisions based on the Service.

PulseGate is intended to improve orientation, not replace judgment.

CORRECTIONS AND REPORTS

If you believe a listing, category assignment, description, or other item is incorrect or misleading, please use Report an Issue or the Contact route.

We may review reported issues, but we do not guarantee any specific result or timeframe.
