SoloCoach is a mobile application designed specifically for self-employed sports coaches and trainers, offering a suite of tools to streamline administrative tasks related to bookings, payments, and planning. The platform addresses common pain points such as coordinating sessions via messaging apps, tracking package balances, managing payments, and handling calendar conflicts, aiming to automate and simplify the day-to-day operations of solo coaches.

With SoloCoach, coaches receive a personalized booking page under their own subdomain, allowing clients to view available time slots and book sessions directly online without requiring sign-up. The app supports payment collection through Apple Pay, credit card, and SEPA, ensuring that transactions are completed efficiently. Automatic reminders are sent to students via email or WhatsApp 24 hours and one hour before a session, reducing no-shows and forgotten appointments. Coaches can also manage session packs, cancellations, unpaid balances, and invoices within the app, consolidating all administrative workflows in one place.

A notable feature of SoloCoach is its integration of artificial intelligence to assist with various tasks. The AI component generates coaches’ bios and photos, and transcribes voice notes into structured session notes. After each session, coaches can record a brief voice note, which the AI transforms into clean session documentation, suggests the next session, and prepares homework assignments for easy sharing with students. Calendar synchronization with Google, Outlook, and Apple calendars ensures that private and professional appointments are automatically coordinated to avoid double-booking.

SoloCoach is available on both iOS and Android platforms. It is tailored for independent professionals across a wide range of sports, including but not limited to tennis, yoga, personal training, golf, pilates, volleyball, football, swimming, skiing, running, dance, basketball, and more. The app is positioned for solo coaches rather than clubs or studios. SoloCoach is developed in Vienna.
