NextXen Booking

NextXen Booking is a WooCommerce booking plugin for date-based rentals and booking management inside WooCommerce. It adds a dedicated Rental / Booking product type and is described as serving car hire, equipment rental, property bookings, studio time, tours, and similar date-based products.

Its free tier includes per-day pricing with live calculation, an interactive date-range picker, and real-time availability checks before items are added to the cart. The plugin also enforces minimum and maximum rental durations, lets administrators set an advance booking window and a last-minute cutoff, and supports blocked date ranges for maintenance, holidays, or personal use. When an order is placed, booked dates are blocked automatically, and if the order is cancelled or refunded those dates are released. NextXen Booking Pro expands the plugin with hourly and monthly pricing, seasonal and dynamic pricing, duration-based tiered discounts, person-based pricing, security deposits, multi-unit inventory, pickup and return locations with location-based pricing, resource add-ons, a FullCalendar admin dashboard, and revenue and occupancy reporting. The page also mentions agreements as part of the Pro feature set.
