CoworkingNext is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to assist in the management of coworking spaces, shared offices, and business centres. The tool aims to simplify the operational challenges faced by managers in these environments by automating and streamlining key administrative tasks.

Among its core features, CoworkingNext provides automated invoicing for both individual members and teams, with support for online payments via credit or debit cards and PayPal. The platform enables the creation and management of shared resources such as meeting rooms, allowing members to book these resources online and, if desired, pay associated booking fees. A member directory is included to facilitate community engagement, letting users discover other members and teams within the space. The software also supports event and activity management, offering a calendar view of upcoming and past events and enabling email notifications to members about these activities.

CoworkingNext generates a personalized marketing website for each subscribed coworking space, where amenities, plans, and image galleries can be displayed. The shared calendar feature provides visibility into both resource bookings and events, and allows direct booking from the calendar interface. The platform is multi-lingual, compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, and stores user data on secure cloud infrastructure managed by Linode. Daily data backups are performed to enhance data security and reliability.
