CJakCiasteczko is a web-based cookie consent banner designed to help websites comply with GDPR, ePrivacy, CCPA, and Google Consent Mode v2 requirements. It provides a lightweight, drop-in script under 12 KB gzipped that can be added to any site, enabling rapid compliance without impacting site performance or design. The product is aimed at teams and site owners who prioritize both regulatory compliance and user experience.

The banner offers native integration with Google Consent Mode v2, automatically handling consent signals for ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage. By default, it pushes denied consent values before any other tag fires, updating these settings based on user actions. In the European Economic Area, the banner enforces opt-in by default, with granular consent categories and no pre-ticked boxes. Consent decisions are stored with a timestamp, locale, and version, creating an auditable trail using a hash chain for verification. The banner can be fully customized in terms of colors, layout (banner, modal, or floating), text, position, and language, either via a dashboard or inline configuration.

CJakCiasteczko includes a cookie scanner that detects cookies, scripts, and trackers on the site. It supports geo-aware consent logic, enforcing strict opt-in in the EEA and a softer notice elsewhere. The tool provides a developer API with methods such as getConsent, onConsentChange, and showPreferences, as well as webhooks and a REST API on higher plans. Integrations are available for platforms including WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento 2, PrestaShop, Shopify, Google Tag Manager, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Next.js, Drupal, and custom HTML stacks. Multi-language support is included, with over 40 languages available.

Pricing is structured into several tiers: a free 30-day trial for one domain and up to 50 subpages, a Lite plan at €5 per month for one domain and up to 100 subpages, a Pro plan at €9 per month for one domain and up to 1,000 subpages with additional features like daily re-scans, banner A/B testing, and a consent audit log, and a Business plan at €23 per month for five domains with unlimited subpages, white-labeling, and advanced API access.
