AgentCall is an API platform designed to equip AI agents with programmable phone numbers, SMS capabilities, AI-powered voice calls, and cross-call memory. It addresses the need for AI-driven communication by allowing agents to make and receive voice calls, handle SMS messaging, and extract one-time passwords (OTPs) for verification—all through a unified API. The platform supports both inbound and outbound AI voice calls, with agents able to converse using a selection of AI voices, including premium options powered by ElevenLabs. Each call is transcribed and summarized in plain English, with auditable call memory that provides source-backed reports and briefings for returning callers, ensuring continuity across interactions.

Developers can provision phone numbers in seconds, selecting country, area code, and capabilities, and connect their AI agents via MCP or direct REST API integration. AgentCall works with a variety of AI agent tools and clients, such as Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, Hermes, and OpenClaw, and supports context webhooks to load live data and priorities for each call. The system is designed for flexibility, offering features like agent isolation—where each agent receives a dedicated number—and customer-controlled call memory, which can be toggled on or off from the dashboard.

The platform offers a dedicated SMS inbox for each agent, enabling sending, receiving, and searching messages via API. It also supports automated two-way SMS, where AI agents can respond to inbound texts, remember contacts across channels, and trigger follow-up actions through webhooks.
