Zynatic Authentication provides a way for WordPress sites to authenticate users using the Zynatic Medlemsregister service. This integration enables WordPress logins to verify usernames and passwords directly against the membership register, allowing organizations to manage access to their sites in alignment with their membership data.

The Zynatic Medlemsregister is designed for associations and sports clubs, helping them organize and maintain their member lists. It is accessible via the cloud on smartphones, tablets, or computers, allowing board members to always have an up-to-date membership register. The system supports member logins, and when used with WordPress, the authentication process is handled through the Zynatic Medlemsregister. Members can log in to member pages, and access is managed based on their status in the register. The platform also includes features such as reminders for unpaid membership fees when members log in, integration with payment services like Swish, PayPal, and Payson for direct registration of payments, and the ability to create verifications in Fortnox accounting software when membership fees are recorded.

Access to the Zynatic Medlemsregister is encrypted via HTTPS, and each customer's data is stored in a separate database. Zynatic AB is responsible for maintaining the website and the core database functionality, while customers are advised to perform their own backups using provided functions. The tool is intended primarily for smaller associations, with tiered pricing based on the number of members. Packages are available for organizations ranging from up to 250 to up to 1,000 members, with monthly fees that include VAT and initial configuration. The membership login module is priced separately, and detailed pricing is provided for different modules and member counts.
