Zen Login & Authentication is a WordPress plugin designed to replace the standard wp-login.php interface with accessible, theme-integrated forms for user authentication. It is intended for WordPress site administrators seeking a more seamless and customizable login, registration, and password recovery experience that aligns visually with their site's design. The plugin operates directly within any WordPress theme, requiring no configuration for basic use and making no external connections by default.

A notable feature is its integration with Elementor, providing five drag-and-drop widgets that can be incorporated into any page-builder layout and are compatible with Elementor's Theme Builder. This allows users to create custom authentication interfaces that blend with the rest of their site. The forms support login with username, email, or both, and offer registration capabilities, including optional user-chosen passwords. Password recovery is also supported through these frontend forms.

Zen Login & Authentication emphasizes privacy and user control. It does not include any tracking or unsolicited communication with external services. Any feature that requires contacting an external service—such as Google sign-in, breached-password checks via Have I Been Pwned, or Cloudflare Turnstile for security—is opt-in, ensuring that, by default, the plugin operates entirely within the user's WordPress installation.
