Zolyx

Zolyx is a web service that processes spreadsheet files to correct common data errors found in Brazilian customer and employee records. It accepts uploaded CSV or XLSX files containing messy client lists and returns a cleaned version without added formulas, extra sheets, or manual cell-by-cell review.

The service addresses four frequent problems. It detects CPF and CNPJ numbers with incorrect check digits and flags them for review without fabricating digits. It standardizes phone numbers by adding missing DDD codes and applies the consistent format (XX) XXXXX-XXXX across the entire sheet. For email addresses it corrects obvious typing mistakes such as commas instead of periods or stray uppercase letters while flagging other issues. It also identifies and removes duplicate rows for the same customer even when formatting varies slightly between them.

Users follow a three-step process. First they upload the original CSV or XLSX file in whatever state it is in. The tool then performs the corrections and duplicate removal. Finally it provides the cleaned file for download. The first spreadsheet up to 1000 rows is offered at no cost and requires no credit card.
