WoWSQL

WoWSQL is a backend platform built on Postgres. It combines managed Postgres databases with authentication, realtime features, storage, and auto-generated APIs, and it includes MERA, an AI assistant that writes SQL from plain English descriptions.

The platform says it takes a project from zero to backend in three lines: initialize a client, query the database, and get data back. It provides SDKs for JavaScript, Python, Flutter, and Go, and the page also shows use with React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, Swift, and other frameworks. Its developer experience includes auto-generated types, built-in auth helpers, and realtime subscriptions.

WoWSQL’s backend services include a full Postgres database for each project, built-in row-level security, authentication with user sign-ups and logins, Edge Functions for custom code without deploying or scaling servers, storage for large files such as videos and images, realtime data synchronization, and ready-to-use RESTful APIs generated from a schema. The dashboard is presented as a single interface for managing databases, users, storage, and APIs, with auth configuration that can toggle providers, enable MFA, and set up OAuth.
