Worldox

Worldox is a document and email management product for organizing, controlling, and finding files in a single trusted system of record. It is presented in multiple versions for different work environments, including on-site, multi-office and remote access, and cloud-based deployment.

Worldox Professional is described as the traditional on-site product and is said to reflect more than two decades of reliability. Worldox Enterprise is adapted for multi-office, remote access environments and includes an add-on server component for fast connectivity from on-site desktops, remote offices, and out-of-office machines. Worldox Cloud is a SaaS option for firms that want to manage information in a remote centralized data center model, and it is described as offering quick document access through a web-based service.

Mobility and sharing features include Worldox Web for remote PCs and portable devices, Worldox for iOS, and access from anywhere and any device. Worldox for Office 365 lets customers with Office 365 subscriptions use a Worldox Add-in to access Worldox documents from any browser and save new documents directly into the Worldox ecosystem. An integration with Microsoft Teams allows documents to be synced from Worldox to Teams and returned to Worldox as a new version. The product also includes process automation features that connect with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams, plus connectors for time and billing systems, scanning, bulk document archiving, and SQL databases. Worldox Workflow supports controlled document routing for review, with successive actions based on recipient input or decisions.
