WooCommerce Peppol plugin

The WooCommerce Peppol plugin is a tool designed to connect WooCommerce or WordPress webshops with Facturalia, enabling automated invoice generation and delivery based on completed orders. When an order in the webshop reaches the 'Completed' status, the plugin sends the order details to Facturalia, where an invoice is automatically created and forwarded to the customer. Invoices can be delivered through the Peppol network when possible, or otherwise via email.

To use the plugin, users must have a Facturalia account, which allows them to manage invoicing and business administration. A 30-day test period is available for new accounts, during which all features, including the API module, can be accessed. The plugin requires an API key, which users generate within their Facturalia account, specifically with the scope for invoice creation.

Installation of the WooCommerce Peppol plugin is handled through the WordPress interface, where it can be added as a plugin. After installation, configuration is completed within the WooCommerce menu by entering the API key and other relevant fields, such as the email template ID for invoices sent by email. The plugin is currently in beta, with users encouraged to provide feedback and report any bugs or suggestions for improvement.
