WebPush Hub by CTIMEXICO is a WordPress plugin designed to deliver native web push notifications directly to site visitors. It enables WordPress site owners to notify subscribers of new content without requiring email addresses, registration forms, or reliance on external services such as OneSignal or Firebase. Visitors can subscribe to notifications with a single click through a popup that appears shortly after arriving on the site, and notifications are sent automatically to all active subscribers each time a new post is published—even if their browser is closed.

The plugin features a customizable popup, allowing administrators to adjust text and colors from the WordPress admin panel. It supports WordPress Multisite, with automatic configuration for each subsites and the ability to pause notifications individually per site. WebPush Hub implements native VAPID and AES128GCM encryption standards using only standard PHP, without external dependencies or libraries. Expired subscriptions are removed automatically, and the system includes a configurable re-invitation mechanism that prompts visitors who have previously declined notifications after a set period, defaulting to seven days. The plugin is compatible with modern desktop and mobile browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
