Vetted Safe

Vetted Safe is a modular platform for managing health, safety, and environment programs. It consolidates contractor management, hazard reporting, incident tracking, safety data sheets, permits, document control, and OSHA-aligned training into a single system. The software was built by a working HSE manager for use by HSE managers who previously relied on spreadsheets and physical binders.

It addresses problems such as missed renewals, unacted-upon paper hazard cards, outdated SDS binders, and permits stored on clipboards. The platform moves policies, SDS documents, permits, and cards into one searchable system accessible from any device. A central dashboard displays hazards, incidents, training, contractors, and documents alongside monthly trends for action. Certificates, review dates, OSHA-recordable flags, and corrective actions are tracked automatically to support audits.

Six modules can be activated independently. Good Catch hazard reporting lets workers submit a near-miss by scanning a QR code in under a minute without requiring login. Incident and accident tracking includes OSHA-recordable flags, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and monthly trends. The SDS library provides searchable safety data sheets along with public QR floor lookup. Permit to work covers hot work, confined space, electrical, and work-at-height permits with digital sign-off. A document lifecycle queue tracks policies and related items. The system is delivered as a web-based service that supports mobile access for field use.
