Instead, customers are redirected at checkout to secure, compliant third-party hosted crypto checkout providers, where card payments are processed and converted to USDC, ETH, USDT (Polygon or BEP-20), or POL native token, which is then sent directly to the merchant's self-custodial wallet. The platform is compatible with major hosted checkout providers and supports a range of payment scenarios, including in-person payments via QR codes, payment links, invoices, and recurring subscription payments.

VERIFIED Crypto Checkout does not process or store cardholder information, nor does it impose rolling reserves or hold merchant funds. Settlement timing and policies are determined by the chosen hosted checkout platform, and merchants are responsible for their own compliance obligations.
