Units Automotive DMS

Units Automotive DMS is one of Auto-IT’s automotive dealer management systems. It is built for car dealers and is described as serving medium to very large dealerships, including multi-franchise, multi-branch, multi-company, and multi-jurisdictional retail dealerships.

The system is presented as a real-time management tool with a suite of integrated components that provide control across dealership operations. Named core functions include Financials, Parts, Service, Sales, Customer Contacts, and Marketing. Auto-IT says it offers seamless integration between departments, immediate access to business information, live generation of management data and reporting, greater automation of complex multi-level tasks, integration with factory interfaces, and the ability to update popular reporting tools. It also includes a simple Windows interface, contextual on-screen help, save-data options in 15 formats, unlimited history retention for analysis and reporting, tailored electronic SmartForm business stationery, and built-in language cloning tools.

UNITS is delivered across desktops, tablet devices, and smartphones, and the system operates on the Windows Server platform. Auto-IT says it was developed in consultation with automotive manufacturers and retail dealerships and that its integration support extends to major franchises around the world. The company also says the solution works with factory, OEM, and distributor integration and is intended to support compliance with reporting obligations. Auto-IT lists comprehensive ongoing support services as part of the offering.
