Tuurio ID

Tuurio ID is an EU-hosted identity management platform designed for organizations such as associations, schools, communities, SaaS teams, and agencies. It offers standards-based OIDC authentication and introduces a model that distinguishes between user profiles and login credentials, allowing organizations to manage real people and their relationships, not just logins. The system supports scenarios where some individuals sign in themselves, while others—such as children, students, or dependents—are managed by responsible adults or staff until they require their own access. This approach enables profiles to exist before any login is assigned and preserves continuity when credentials are later added.

Key features include a multi-organization dashboard for managing tenants, members, and responsible profiles, as well as explicit, auditable delegation of responsibility. The platform supports white-labeling, custom domains, and tenant-scoped isolation to fit various organizational structures. Managed profiles can be created and maintained by authorized persons, and the same profile can later receive login credentials without losing historical data. Tuurio ID also addresses compliance needs, offering audit trails, evidence support, and alignment with NIS2 requirements, including multi-factor authentication and auditability. The service is fully EU-hosted, GDPR-ready, and operates from an ISO 27001 certified datacenter in Germany.

Tuurio ID provides several pricing tiers: a free Personal plan for up to 50 users with basic branding and passkeys/2FA; a Starter plan at 39 € per month for up to 5,000 users, adding social logins and audit retention; a Business plan at 99 € per month for up to 25,000 users with full white-labeling, custom domains, and advanced policies; and an Enterprise plan at 249 € per month for up to 100,000 users, offering additional features like the Tuurio ID Vault Finance, webhooks, admin API, and enterprise SSO providers. The platform also offers a separate Partner tier with features such as reseller margins and central billing, available through a dedicated portal.

Developers can integrate Tuurio ID using provided guides and templates for frameworks like React, Spring Boot, and Flutter, as well as a CLI. The platform emphasizes operational flexibility and security, aiming to match the real-world needs of modern organizations managing complex identity and access scenarios.
