TradeTally is a free open-source trading journal and investment tracker designed for active traders. It analyzes trade history to identify behavioral patterns such as revenge trading, overconfidence after win streaks, loss aversion, and missed profit opportunities. The application supports tracking every trade, broker import, and portfolio decision in one location. Automated synchronization is available with Charles Schwab and Interactive Brokers. CSV import is offered for history from Lightspeed, Webull, TradingView, TradeStation, Tradovate, and other brokers. Users can attach notes, tags, setups, and outcomes to individual trades without altering existing processes.

It accommodates both cloud-based and self-hosted deployments. Supported asset classes include stocks, options, futures, forex, crypto, and long-term holdings. Performance review is possible by symbol, strategy, and behavioral pattern, with no limit on the number of trades stored for free.

As an open-source solution, TradeTally allows self-hosting for users who prefer to manage their own data while also providing a cloud option.
