Tracya

Tracya is a no-code platform for in-app onboarding aimed at bootstrapped SaaS founders. It enables the addition of guidance elements directly within a live application without requiring changes to the codebase or involvement from engineering teams.

Installation begins with pasting a single code snippet into the application's HTML. A browser extension for Chrome, Edge, and Firefox then provides a live editor layered on the real app. Elements are selected by clicking on the live DOM, after which a component is chosen and a message is written. The resulting content is previewed and published immediately. The process avoids any build pipeline, design handoff, proxy, screenshots, or iframes.

Supported components include tooltips that deliver anchored step-by-step guidance without blocking the interface, modals for focused announcements or onboarding milestones, highlights that spotlight buttons or sections often paired with a tooltip, and banners that appear as non-intrusive top or bottom bars for announcements and contextual messages. The entire flow from snippet addition to publication typically takes minutes.

Tracya operates on flat pricing and does not count monthly active users. The service is delivered through a web dashboard at app.tracya.io together with the browser extension for building flows on the live application.
