Focus Wall

Focus Wall is a Windows 10 application designed to help users maintain focus by integrating task management and time tracking directly into their desktop wallpaper. By allowing todos, deadlines, and a customizable real-time clock to appear on the wallpaper, the tool aims to keep important tasks visible and top-of-mind without adding distractions.

The application enables users to add tasks to their wall, assign deadlines, mark items as urgent, and check them off when completed. Updates to the list are instantly reflected on the wallpaper, and users can sort priorities with a quick glance. Focus Wall supports up to four separate lists positioned in various locations on the screen, giving flexibility for organizing different projects or categories. The live clock feature can be displayed in either 12 or 24-hour formats, and users have control over its placement and visibility. Deadline notifications are provided to ensure important tasks are not forgotten.

Customization is a key aspect of Focus Wall. Users can choose from a range of textures, colors, fonts, and scaling options to tailor the appearance of their wall to their preferences and workflow. The interface is designed to be clean and minimalist, reducing distractions. The app can launch automatically with the computer, ensuring the clock stays synchronized with local time. It also offers features such as minimizing to the system tray, setting text alignment, and using HEX color pickers.

Focus Wall is currently available exclusively for Windows 10, with plans for Mac and Linux support mentioned as forthcoming. All user data remains local to the device for privacy. The tool is offered in two editions: a free Lite version with basic functionality (single list, no notifications, limited backgrounds, no clock support) and a paid version priced at a one-time fee, which includes multiple lists, deadline notifications, various fonts, automatic wallpaper updates, and lifetime updates at no additional cost.
