Tournant is a recipe manager and digital cookbook designed for Android devices, catering to users who want to organize and access their cooking and baking recipes. The app allows users to create and edit recipes, with support for Markdown formatting, making it suitable for those who wish to structure their recipes with added detail. Ingredients, ingredient groups, and linked recipes can be added, enhancing organization and allowing for complex recipe management.

Search and sorting capabilities enable users to find recipes and categories efficiently, and ingredient lists can be scaled to adjust for different serving sizes. Tournant also provides tools such as quick-start timers and preparation date logging, along with other utilities to assist during cooking. Recipes can be exported and shared as JSON files or as ZIP archives, and the app supports the Gourmand XML format for compatibility with the Gourmand Recipe Manager (formerly Gourmet) for desktop. Importing, exporting, and syncing recipes via Gourmand XML files are supported features, making it easier to transfer recipes between desktop and mobile platforms.

The application is distributed for Android and can be installed using an F-Droid compatible client, either from Zimbelstern's official repository or F-Droid's main repository.
