Features include smart text manipulation, such as moving, rotating, and styling textboxes, with automatic adjustments to line height and letter spacing. The editor also offers manual inpainting with a high-precision brush for cleaning up artifacts or stubborn text, as well as a restore brush to revert edited areas back to the original artwork. The translation engine is designed to understand context, aiming to produce natural and accurate translations that preserve the original meaning of the manga.

Tenjin supports 16 languages, with additional languages being added regularly. All translated manga are saved indefinitely, so users can revisit their work without concerns about storage limits. The platform is accessible through the Tenjin website and its browser extensions, and users can manage their translation activity across both by drawing from a shared balance of site tokens.

Paid plans include a Starter tier for 2,000 pages per month at $10 per month, a Pro tier for 6,000 pages per month at $25 per month, and lifetime access options for both tiers at one-time payments of $149 and $349, respectively. Additionally, users can purchase tokens à la carte for pay-as-you-go access. All subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
