Superglue offers AI agents that connect, migrate, and implement enterprise systems. The agents learn from a company's internal knowledge to perform tasks that normally require human coordination and engineering work. The platform includes specialized agents for distinct use cases. The ERP Implementation Agent supports systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, Business Central, and Acumatica by handling data mapping, legacy data migration, system configuration, and post go-live synchronization. The AI Rollout Agent connects ERP, CRM, databases, and internal systems to AI platforms including Claude while providing governed data access and tracking usage across the organization. The Customer Onboarding Agent manages end-to-end processes for connecting customer systems, importing historical data, and activating integrations.

Superglue can connect to a wide range of services including Postgres, SQL Server, MongoDB, Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Google Drive, AWS, OpenAI, Anthropic, Zendesk, Jira, and many others. Integrations are zero-maintenance with automatic detection of API changes, proposed fixes, and one-click application. Deployment options include cloud-hosted setups or self-hosted installations inside a VPC, private cloud, or on-premise infrastructure using Docker or Kubernetes. Enterprise features comprise granular role-based and table-level access controls, a full activity tracker for auditing, EU and US data residency options for GDPR compliance, and SOC 2 Type II certification. A CLI allows installation as a skill in agent frameworks such as Claude Code or Cursor.

The platform is open source. It is developed by index commerce GmbH, a company based in Germany. Organizations including online marketplaces, universities, Sage VARs, and startups have used it to reduce implementation time, replace manual processes, and accelerate customer onboarding.
