AgentRail is a source-available tool for coding agents that need to close tickets from intake through merge. It is built around the problem of the work around code generation: picking up the right ticket, watching CI, incorporating review feedback, and merging when the change is ready. The service describes this as a full loop for coding agents, with a five-stage lifecycle made up of Intake, Route, Claim, Review, and Ship.

Its core features include structured tasks with state, retries, and idempotent transitions; automatic intake from GitHub Issues and Linear tickets via webhooks; rules-based routing by label, project, or priority; typed CI feedback from GitHub Actions and CircleCI; severity-ranked review feedback from GitHub pull request comments; per-agent scoped authentication; cloud server-sent events for task state changes; and HMAC-signed webhooks with exponential backoff retries.
