The product centers on a single planning flow: a room is opened with one URL, teammates join by link, and no SSO setup, invites, or account creation is required for participants. Tickets can be pasted or typed in, and the system pulls in titles, types, and existing estimates automatically; bulk paste is also supported. During estimation, cards flip simultaneously for voting and reveal, and the session then moves into capacity checking. Capacity calculations account for real working days, real people, PTO, national holidays, and meeting overhead, and the interface shows sprint health, assigned story points, and buffer. The workflow also includes committing the sprint, after which history rolls into velocity data.

SprintPlanner’s live demo lets a user vote on a ticket without signup, using the same engine as the full product. The site also states that it sits alongside existing project management tools rather than replacing them, and that it is used specifically for planning poker and capacity meetings. The FAQ says team members can join as themselves or as a ghost, and that the host has an account while other participants join by link.

Pricing is described as free and Pro. The free tier includes unlimited planning poker rooms, up to two active sprints, and a basic capacity forecaster. Pro adds unlimited active sprints, advanced capacity planning, full sprint history, velocity analytics and trends, and CSV export. The service supports monthly or annual billing, offers cancellation anytime, and processes payments via Stripe.
