Spotter Widget

Spotter Widget is a WordPress plugin designed to facilitate user feedback collection on WordPress sites by adding a floating feedback button. Administrators can configure the widget through WordPress admin settings, including entering a Spotter project key, enabling or disabling the widget, customizing the button label and its on-screen position, restricting the widget to logged-in users, and specifying which URL paths the widget should appear on. The widget is only activated when both enabled and a valid project key is provided.

Once active, Spotter Widget displays a floating Feedback button in a chosen corner of the site. When clicked, this button opens a feedback form that is rendered inside an isolated Shadow DOM, ensuring that it does not interfere with existing theme or plugin styles. This form allows visitors to submit feedback, use a pin mode to point and click on the page to attach feedback to a specific element and coordinate, and select the type and priority of their feedback, with options ranging from low to critical.
