Snippetly

Snippetly is a shared canned-replies library for support teams. It is built for teams that want to avoid rewriting the same answers and keep common responses close at hand while working in Gmail, Intercom, Zendesk, and other places where they already write.

The product centers on a web app and a Firefox extension. In the web app, one admin builds the library by creating and tagging replies, and the rest of the team can use it right away. The extension is installed with one click, and the sidebar appears beside the writing interface so snippets can be pasted without switching tabs. Snippetly also includes smart search, tags by topic, team, or workflow, folders, and usage analytics that show which replies are used most, which are stale, and who is using the library. The analytics feature is available on the Team plan.

Its pricing is organized by workspace rather than per seat. The Free plan is available for a solo user, includes up to 30 snippets, Firefox extension access, basic search and tags, and one user. The Team plan costs $19 per workspace per month and includes unlimited snippets, five team members, tags, folders, search, usage analytics, and priority support. The Agency plan costs $49 per workspace per month and adds unlimited members, multiple workspaces, admin controls, and CSV import and export. Snippetly also offers a beta list and says the service can be started free with no card required.
