smartEngin Forms is a lightweight WordPress plugin designed for building contact forms. It allows users to create an unlimited number of forms using a click-based interface, with the ability to style forms visually without needing to write code. Forms can be embedded on WordPress sites using shortcodes, making integration into site content straightforward.

The plugin features a drag-and-drop form builder that includes a variety of field types, such as text, email, phone, number, date/time, choice fields (including dropdown, multi-select, radio, and checkbox), file upload, first and last name, and GDPR consent fields. It also offers preconfigured quick fields like salutation, subject, budget, and message to speed up form creation. Users can customize the appearance of forms through controls for colors, spacing, border radius, and shadows, as well as an optional two-part "hero card" with content widgets.

smartEngin Forms supports form delivery to multiple recipients and includes features like reply-to and subject placeholders. It can send confirmation emails to the sender. The plugin provides spam protection and supports captcha to help prevent unwanted submissions.

The interface adapts to the language of the WordPress installation, with English and German included by default and support for additional languages through translation packs.
