Simyl Flow

Simyl Flow is a measurement system for engineering organizations that tracks whether process and tool changes produce lasting improvements. It addresses the common situation in which teams adopt new practices or AI coding assistants yet cannot verify whether delivery speed, quality, or collaboration have actually advanced.

The tool calculates a single team health score that combines signals from delivery, quality, and collaboration. This score is updated each sprint and presented as a letter grade together with a trailing six-sprint trend line. An example sequence shows scores rising from 68 (C) in one sprint to 84 (B+) six sprints later, yielding a net gain of 16 points. The product treats activity metrics such as velocity charts, commit counts, or raw output volume as insufficient because they do not confirm whether quality held or whether completed work remained effective. It therefore focuses on outcomes rather than raw activity.

Simyl Flow is intended for engineering leaders and teams that run agile ceremonies, implement AI tools, or restructure workflows yet lack a closed feedback loop on the results. Retrospectives often generate action items that are never later validated; the system supplies the missing verification step by producing one composite indicator per sprint across five stages.
