SheetMagic

SheetMagic is an extension that adds AI generation and web scraping functions to Google Sheets. It lets users write spreadsheet formulas to produce text, images, video, audio, and extracted web data without coding.

Formulas include =AITEXT for generating content such as product descriptions from cell references, =AIIMAGE for creating visuals with models including DALL-E 3, Flux, Imagen 4, and Gemini, and =GPTV for image analysis that extracts text, identifies products, or categorizes content from images in cells. Additional functions generate video clips with Sora 2 and Veo 3, produce voiceovers with =AISPEECH, scrape website data with =VISIT, retrieve page metadata, and pull SERP results with =SERP that returns titles, snippets, and URLs. Prompts can reference other cells for dynamic output across thousands of rows, with support for over 100 languages and on-the-fly translation. The extension works with providers including OpenAI models such as GPT-4o and DALL-E 3, Anthropic Claude models, Google Gemini variants, Meta Llama, Mistral, OpenRouter, and Straico. Users may supply their own API keys to connect directly.

It addresses repetitive spreadsheet tasks in e-commerce, SEO, marketing, sales, lead generation, content creation, data collection, and research. Bulk processing handles 1,000 rows at once, and subscriptions can be shared across a team with individual seats. Installation occurs from the Google Workspace Marketplace followed by Google OAuth2 authentication and license validation.
