Seeker is a web platform that scores resumes against live job openings to identify fitting roles, explain the matches, and highlight skill gaps. It addresses the uncertainty in job hunting by using data from over 200,000 tracked positions rather than keyword matching alone.

Users upload a PDF or Word resume, which the service analyzes in about 60 seconds. The output shows which roles align with the candidate's background, the reasons for each match, common gaps such as specific skills, and the experience level that best corresponds to the resume. Results include salary data when available. All resumes are deleted after analysis, are never shared with recruiters or third parties, and are not used to train AI models. Users can delete their data from the dashboard at any time.

The platform tracks more than 200,000 active job listings and has completed over 12,000 resume analyses. It provides saved searches, weekly rematches for new postings, email notifications, and direct application links. Seeker also offers guides on skills-based matching, bridge roles for career changes, and comparisons to other resume tools.

A free tier delivers full match analysis with reasons, saved searches, weekly rematches, email alerts, and application links. The Pro plan at $9 per month adds tailored resumes for each role, AI-drafted cover letters, role-specific interview preparation, detailed skill-gap analysis with a 90-day improvement plan, 100 AI generations per month, and non-expiring results.
