SecureFusion

SecureFusion is a security plugin designed for WordPress, providing site administrators, developers, and agency owners with protection against a range of common web threats while maintaining high performance. The plugin targets vulnerabilities such as brute-force login attempts, DDoS pingback attacks, unauthorized XML-RPC exploits, and malicious request injections. Its modular architecture, implemented in PHP and JavaScript with a clean administrative interface, enables it to function as an active shield for WordPress sites.

Key features of SecureFusion include comprehensive login protection and access control. The plugin visually logs failed login attempts, including timestamps, IP addresses, and lockout events, and audits successful logins for a complete authorization trail. Administrators can obfuscate standard login URLs by rewriting them to user-defined paths, reducing the risk of automated credential stuffing. Login error messages are hardened to prevent enumeration of usernames and passwords.

The firewall and request filtering module actively screens incoming URLs, cookies, and payloads to block patterns associated with cross-site scripting (XSS), SQL injection, and cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks. The tool employs smart CIDR clustering to efficiently block entire spam botnets with minimal firewall rules. Database efficiency is maintained through automatic cleanup routines and constraints, and the plugin integrates Chart.js for dashboard metrics and Wasp for form validation.
