RecruitRyte is an AI-powered resume matching service for recruiters and staffing teams. It addresses the time spent manually reviewing large volumes of applications by comparing resumes to job descriptions and producing explainable fit scores along with ranked shortlists.

The service offers three match modes. Single Match is available at no cost and compares one resume against one job description to deliver a fit score in seconds. Bulk Match, restricted to the paid tier, accepts up to 100 resumes against a single job via folder, multi-select, or ZIP upload and returns a ranked shortlist with supporting reasoning. Multi-Job Match, also paid, evaluates one resume against multiple open roles to identify the best fit. Matching logic weighs skills, seniority, recency, and real experience rather than keyword strings. Each result lists matched strengths, gaps, and missing requirements so recruiters can share defensible explanations with hiring managers.

Workflow steps begin with pasting a job description or resume, followed by resume upload in PDF or DOCX format. The system then ranks candidates, generates a shortlist, and allows secure link sharing without requiring reviewer login. Hiring managers view identical scores and reasoning, add comments, and flag candidates for the next stage, creating a traceable path from requisition to interview. Additional free tools include a Boolean generator for LinkedIn X-Ray searches, outreach composer, job description analyzer and generator, interview questions generator, and candidate prescreening questions generator.

The platform operates as a web-based service. Single Match functions on the free plan while Bulk Match, Multi-Job Match, and secure sharing require the Pro plan, which includes 2,500 matches per month. White-label and API access are offered for embedding the matching engine into other products. RecruitRyte reports processing more than 50,000 resume comparisons weekly and states that users reclaim hours previously spent on screening.
