Prism Studio provides a unified interface for reviewing pull requests (PRs) from both GitHub and GitLab, allowing users to focus on the PRs that require their attention while skipping those that do not. The tool is designed for developers and teams who manage code reviews across multiple repositories and platforms, streamlining the process by aggregating all open PRs in a single place.

The platform organizes PRs by their status, such as ready to review, changes requested, or waiting on continuous integration, making it easier to prioritize work. Users can see which PRs are waiting on them, which can be deferred, and which are blocked. The review interface is tailored for code review, displaying the code diff alongside the discussion thread, and supports leaving inline comments, replying to threads, submitting review decisions, and merging PRs directly within the tool. All actions are performed as the authenticated user, using the permissions already granted on GitHub or GitLab through OAuth integration.

Prism Studio does not store code or PR content on its servers. Instead, it fetches diffs, comments, and PR details on demand and renders them in the user's browser. The only data retained is the ID and path of each connected repository. Users can disconnect repositories or revoke access at any time, which immediately ends Prism's access without requiring deletion of any code copies.
