Practice-Web is a practice management solution for dentists and dental offices. It combines scheduling, charting, billing, and patient communication in one system, and it is presented as a way to handle the day-to-day administrative work of a modern dental practice.

The product includes a scheduler that can find openings, make appointments, and show critical information at a glance. It also includes charting for dental and perio charts, treatment plans, imaging and X-rays, accounts and billing, management and reports, patient texting and reviews, paperless and online forms, dentist and patient portals, security and system requirements, database conversion, and smart tools. Named smart tools include automated text reminders, online patient reviews, online scheduling, teledentistry, email marketing, PatientEnroll Pro, ePrescriptions, eClaims and eligibility check, Smart Caller ID, merchant card processing, pay-by-text, and patient payment plans. The site also says pwConnect can send automated and two-way texting plus emails for confirmations, recalls, and outstanding treatment plans, pwReviews can ask patients for online reviews after appointments via text and email, and PatientEnroll lets patients check in, register, and submit custom forms on an iPad.

Practice-Web says it has served the dental community since 1988 and lists more than 1,700 clients. It offers a free trial and a free demo. Pricing shown on the site includes Practice-Web at $149 per month for 12 months, then $99 per month; Practice-Web Next at $228 per month for 12 months, then $178 per month; and Practice-Web Pro at $322 per month for 12 months, then $272 per month.
