PostPin Newsletter Builder is a WordPress plugin designed to help users create customized newsletters for both physical print and digital email distribution. It addresses the need for flexible newsletter creation directly within WordPress, allowing selection between print-ready layouts (specifically Mercurio format 77×110 cm) and responsive email formats (600px width). This enables users to tailor their newsletters to different distribution channels without leaving the WordPress environment.

The plugin offers several features to support the newsletter creation process. Users can choose the type of newsletter—either for print or email—and upload custom header and footer images to personalize their design. The plugin sends an encoded URL containing the post link to the external service but does not transmit personal data such as names or emails.
