Postline is a LinkedIn content operations platform for agencies, ghostwriters, teams, and solo creators managing multiple client profiles. It consolidates planning, drafting, approval, publishing, and analytics into one system that keeps each client's voice distinct and prevents workflow fragmentation across documents, spreadsheets, messaging apps, and browser tabs.

The platform provides an AI workflow built around two specialized components. Postli Strategist operates at the profile level to maintain the calendar, generate ideas, review performance, spot gaps, and keep the content pipeline moving. Postli Writer works inside individual drafts to handle writing, rewriting, research, review, and visual generation while matching the client's voice. Every profile maintains its own isolated memory containing writing samples, style analysis, knowledge sources, topics, schedule, approvals, and performance data to avoid cross-contamination between clients.

The workflow follows five consistent steps for any number of profiles. Users first set up a client profile with voice samples, sources, topics, schedule, and LinkedIn authorization. They then plan with the Strategist, draft and refine with the Writer, send posts for review when the optional Collaboration add-on is enabled, and finally schedule or publish directly to LinkedIn profiles or company pages. No LinkedIn passwords are shared; clients authorize access themselves. A calendar supports week or month views with drag-and-drop scheduling. Analytics track impressions, clicks, reactions, comments, shares, and an Impact Score. Comments from LinkedIn can be replied to without leaving the platform.

Collaboration features, available through a $10 per month per organization add-on, allow inviting clients, writers, and teammates with role-based access. Editors receive full access while reviewers can only approve posts or request changes, with review status remaining attached to each post. The service is delivered as a web application.
