PolarSentry is workflow monitoring software for automation agencies. It watches Zapier, Make, and n8n workflows across multiple clients and alerts a team when something fails, slows down, or goes silent. The product is aimed at agencies that build automations and then need ongoing visibility after handing them off.

It tracks each workflow run and records success, failure, and duration. If a workflow stops running for longer than expected, PolarSentry flags it immediately. The site also describes missing runs and silent failures, including cases where a scheduled automation simply stops without an error. Alerts can be sent through Slack, email, or SMS, and the FAQ says Slack alerts fire instantly when a workflow reports a failure while missing runs are checked every 10 minutes. The dashboard groups workflows by client, and each workflow can be assigned to a client when it pings the endpoint.

Setup is based on adding a single webhook step to the end of an existing workflow or pasting a webhook URL into it.
