OrgSystem is an ERP software solution designed specifically for organizations in the third sector, including NGOs, OSCs, and institutions focused on public-interest social projects. Its primary aim is to facilitate, monitor, and enhance efficiency in comprehensive and transparent management for these entities.

The platform offers several modules targeted at the needs of third sector organizations. The Orgsmart tool automatically captures invoices for products and services directly from the Receita Federal database, allowing users to consult, generate PDF files, and print these documents. For accounting needs, OrgSystem provides the capability to generate all required accounting reports by period or by agreement, supporting secure and precise financial oversight and enabling organizations to meet fiscal obligations reliably.

Financial management within OrgSystem is integrated with its fiscal document management module. The system supports payment submissions and returns, batch payment remittances, automatic and individual document settlements, and the issuance of payment slips (boletos). It also offers control over provisioned revenues, helping organizations maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
