Onplana

Onplana is a project-planning tool built around the idea that project plans can be run by agents. Its page describes the plan as the source of truth, with tasks, sprints, milestones, dependencies, baselines, and an audit log, and says agents read from it and write structured changes back. The product is presented as a way to move work out of ephemeral chat and into the plan itself.

It offers two surfaces for the same plan. One is an MCP server for external agents from ecosystems including ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and Codex; the other is Run-with-Agent for the in-app experience. The MCP side is described as having 250 tools and includes project-management areas such as projects, tasks, sprints, milestones, earned value, risks, issues, governance, change control, timesheets, wikis, whiteboards, workflows, and Microsoft Graph integrations. Run-with-Agent is described as a curated set of ten additive capabilities aimed at analysis, drafting, and proposing rather than irreversible changes. It can summarize a project, analyze project health, generate a risk register, calculate earned value, run a schedule health check, break a task into subtasks, and draft documents and workspace tables. It cannot move tasks between sprints, reassign people, approve timesheets, or advance governance gates, and deletions of structural items such as projects, tasks, sprints, and milestones are handled through a recycle bin. The page also notes that smaller delete actions such as comments, tags, and wiki pages are exposed over MCP.
