OneEuroLabs License Key Manager, also known as License Manager Pro, is a WordPress plugin designed to facilitate the sale and management of software licenses through WordPress sites. It provides a universal license management system that integrates with eight different payment providers, including Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, LemonSqueezy, WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, Gumroad, and Mollie. The plugin automates the creation and delivery of license keys upon successful payment, with license details sent to customers via email.

The tool features a comprehensive REST API, enabling validation, activation, and deactivation of licenses, as well as retrieval of plan information and license resending. This API supports integration with multiple programming languages such as Python, C, Swift, Kotlin, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, C++, and PHP. License keys follow a standardized format and can be bound to a configurable number of devices per plan, with client-side hashing of machine IDs to protect user privacy. The plugin also offers a demo license system, allowing the creation of 24-hour trial licenses that activate on first use, and ensures expired demo licenses are archived and not reused.

Administrators have access to a dashboard with live statistics, webhook logs, a plan editor with CRUD capabilities, and tools for managing licenses and payment integrations. All webhook events from the supported payment providers are cryptographically verified using HMAC-SHA256, OAuth tokens, or API keys, ensuring that only legitimate payments generate licenses. The plugin supports both German and English, automatically selecting the language based on WordPress settings, and allows customization of HTML email templates for license delivery and renewal reminders.

For advanced use cases, License Manager Pro offers the option to use an external MySQL or MariaDB database instead of the default WordPress database, which is particularly useful for multi-site setups. , and there are no hidden fees or commissions. Plans are available for single or up to five WordPress installations, with features scaling accordingly.
