Kayn

Kayn is a fitness and wellbeing service in Morocco built around paying per session rather than using a subscription. It lets members buy tokens, book an activity, and pay only for what they use across partner venues.

The service covers Pilates, swimming, gyms, padel, spas, yoga, boxing, CrossFit, tennis, climbing, cycling, and sauna. Its workflow is described in three steps: buy tokens, book a session, and scan a QR pass at the door so the tokens are spent automatically. Kayn also shows the token cost before booking, offers one shared balance for every activity, and allows users to top up when they run low. The site says tokens are valid for a set number of days depending on the pack. A FAQ also says friends can be invited from the app to earn rewards and train together.

Kayn is available as a free app on iOS and Android, and the platform can be accessed on the web while the mobile app is being rolled out. It says coverage is across major Moroccan cities and lists Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Agadir, Fes, Meknes, Oujda, Kenitra, Tetouan, Safi, El Jadida, Nador, Beni Mellal, Taza, Mohammedia, Khouribga, Sale, Essaouira, and Laayoune, with several of these marked as coming soon. For venues, it says they can fill empty slots, get discovered by members, accept members during off-peak hours, and receive automatic monthly payouts without invoicing or fees.

Pricing is based on token packs rather than a recurring charge. The packs shown are Starter, valid 30 days for 20 tokens at 200 MAD; Plus, valid 60 days for 52 tokens at 500 MAD; and Premium, valid 90 days for 84 tokens at 800 MAD. The site also says users can top up any amount of tokens at a flat per-token price.
