Omusubi is a visual form builder plugin for WordPress designed to enable users to create and manage forms quickly using a drag-and-drop interface. There is also an optional integration with Google Sheets, enabling automatic, real-time entry of submissions into a spreadsheet for further sharing and analysis. For privacy-conscious users, database storage can be disabled, relying solely on email notifications. Additional features include Slack notifications via incoming webhooks, customizable HTML email alerts for both administrators and form submitters, and support for Google reCAPTCHA v2/v3 with adjustable thresholds to mitigate spam. Forms can also be restricted to specific submission periods by setting start and end dates.
