Notion & Coda PDF Export is a web-based tool that converts pages from Notion and Coda into branded PDF documents. It addresses the limitations of built-in export options by providing templates, customization, and batch capabilities without requiring design skills or browser extensions.

The service supplies ten professional templates for document types that include reports, invoices, resumes, proposals, e-books, syllabi, portfolios, newsletters, and meeting notes. Users customize exports with a logo, brand colors chosen from six schemes, fonts drawn from twelve typography presets, headers, and footers. A live preview shows changes in real time. The drag-and-drop page builder supports reordering sections, inserting full-bleed images, styled pull quotes or blank separator pages, and removing unwanted content. A smart pagination engine splits tables with repeated headers, prevents orphaned headings, and keeps images within page boundaries. Rich text and nested blocks render with bold, italic, code, colored text, toggle blocks, and nested lists. Mermaid diagrams appear as crisp SVGs. Supported page sizes are A4 and A5 in portrait or landscape orientation, with content scaled automatically.

Batch workspace export allows an entire Notion workspace to be output as individual PDF files in a ZIP archive or as one combined document. The tool functions as both a Notion PDF converter and a Coda doc PDF converter. For private pages an integration token can be added; tokens are stored locally in the browser and never sent to external servers. It operates as an offline-first Progressive Web App that caches pages locally for 24 hours using IndexedDB, enabling PDF generation without an internet connection.

Three pricing plans are offered. The Free plan provides basic PDF exports with a watermark, limited templates, and up to five exports per month. The Basic plan costs 7 dollars per month and includes unlimited exports, watermark-free documents, five templates, custom branding, batch export up to 25 pages, and content block editing. The Pro plan costs 14 dollars per month and adds all ten templates, unlimited batch export, cloud save, priority support, and advanced features, with yearly billing available.
