It consolidates these into one system, replacing the need for eight to fourteen separate suppliers. Specific capabilities include Move Radar for live market intelligence and demand data in a business's area, with direct feeds from lead providers and estate agents. An AI survey tool produces room-by-room structured inventories and ready quotes on an included, unlimited basis without per-scan fees or credits. The crew app operates fully offline for use in the field, while the warehouse module tracks storage at the level of individual bays, containers and boxes via a mobile app. Compliance features consolidate fleet, driver, vehicle, insurance and risk data with an evidence trail. A customer portal allows clients to view moves, make payments, send messages and sign off, with integrated review collection. Phone integration records calls with instant screen-pop and stores AI transcripts against customer records. Moovi Global handles international moves on the same record as domestic ones, covering sea, air and road transport, customs documentation, multi-currency quotes and partner collaboration. Tender management reads bid documents, drafts evidence-based responses and assembles compliance packs. Optimisation and reconciliation tools track margins by comparing surveyed, loaded and disbursed figures.

Moovi is delivered as a cloud-based platform built and owned on Microsoft Azure, with UK data residency, multi-tenant isolation, audit-grade evidence trails, external penetration testing, tested backups and multi-cloud design. Pricing is public and transparent: the core platform starts at 180 pounds per month, including the main system, one warehouse location and one licence each for the crew, survey and warehouse apps. Additional elements such as Move Radar, compliance, extra warehouses and further app users are added at published incremental rates.
