It supports multiple currencies, allowing users to record expenses in over 170 ISO 4217 standard currencies, with automatic exchange rate updates. Currency conversion to a primary currency is integrated, helping users avoid exchange rate confusion during travel or when managing multi-currency expenses.

The app features a dedicated travel ledger system, allowing each trip to have its own expense book. Users can organize spending by trip, distinguish between ongoing and completed journeys, and set overall budgets with daily spending suggestions. After a trip, expenses can be reviewed and integrated with the main ledger for comprehensive financial tracking. The travel review center and travel footprint map—available in the advanced version—enable users to visualize and share their travel memories, including city, date, and expenditure summaries. The app also provides a split-bill engine for both travel and daily scenarios, supporting equal, proportional, or custom splits, with clear settlement reports that can be copied and shared via messaging apps.

Recording expenses is streamlined: users can log transactions in three steps—amount, category, and save—or use voice input to record spending, with offline and free voice recognition. The app displays daily and monthly spending totals on the homepage, tracks budgets, and allows users to analyze spending distribution by category. Data is stored locally on the device using SwiftData. For advanced users, manual iCloud backup and restore (up to three backups) is available, but data is never uploaded to the developer’s servers, ensuring user control over their information.
