Metricgram

Metricgram is a Telegram group management tool for community owners. It combines analytics, automations, and payments in one place for running a Telegram community, and it is described as serving Telegram communities and teams managing many groups.

Its dashboard tracks activity such as total messages sent, total users who have written, most active users, average messages per user, activity by messages and reactions, and active users by day, week, or month, with date filtering. It also provides a list of users who visit a group, including Telegram IDs, names, usernames, current status, email address, subscription status, and number of messages sent. In addition, Metricgram keeps a complete history of messages posted in the group and generates daily reports with community status, analysis, suggestions, and topic summaries based on posted messages.

For subscription handling, the service links community subscriptions in Stripe through Stripe Connect. Once connected, it can send access links to new members, expel members when their subscription ends, notify admins when a subscription expires, and notify members when their subscription expires. It also lets administrators customize emails, define notification timing, and adjust the grace period before removing members from the group. The product includes subscriber-health views covering cancellation signals, upcoming renewals, expired trials, and members who need attention.

Other supported features include welcome messages, automatic replies triggered by specific words or phrases, activity summaries sent daily, weekly, or monthly, and scheduled messages. Scheduled posts can be private messages or recurring, and native Telegram polls can be scheduled with options such as regular polls, quizzes, multiple answers, anonymous voting, random options, vote changes, member-added options when compatible, close dates, hidden results until closing, and images in answer options. Metricgram also includes gamification with points, rewards, and leaderboards, plus AI chatbots and assistants connected to an OpenAI account.
