MarkerKit is a web-based interactive layer for floor plans, schematics, explainers, and maps. It turns static assets into clickable, data-connected views and can be embedded in an internal tool or public site with a single snippet.

The product supports floor plans for desk booking, conference room navigation, and event booth selection when connected to inventory data. It also covers schematics and dashboards for technical diagrams such as warehouse logistics, server racks, and industrial machinery, with use as a real-time status dashboard. For product explainers, it adds rich hotspots to product images, and for campus maps and public sites it can draw on OpenStreetMap to create data-connected maps for large facilities or public sites.

MarkerKit includes a visual editor for simple drag-and-drop work and developer APIs for wiring it into data and workflows. Its editor lets users draw zones, drop hotspots, and add popups on top of an image or map without custom frontend work. Hotspots can be attached to text, images, and links, bound to JSON so states and values stay in sync, and updated centrally so changes refresh wherever the asset is installed. It also measures engagement by showing which areas get the most attention and feeding events into analytics.
