Lyriq

Lyriq is a songwriting workspace that turns rough lyrics into lines worth keeping. It supplies next-line ideas, stronger versions, hooks, rhymes, and punchline directions built from a user's draft while keeping the songwriter's voice and perspective at the center.

The platform lets users paste one rough line or short lyric fragment and select the type of assistance needed: next line, make it stronger, or find rhymes. It returns three tailored directions rather than a finished verse. Optional inputs include genre from a list covering Rap, R&B, Pop, Drill, Trap, and Afrobeats, plus tempo and beat feel so suggestions match the intended flow and energy. Additional controls allow users to steer future output toward their recurring images, rhyme style, emotional tone, and section shape such as memorable hooks or more detailed verses.

It functions as a co-writer for drafts in progress. Users bring unfinished work or loose concepts, edit or reject any output, and retain final say. The workspace supports real writing sessions and is currently in early beta, with features and limits expected to evolve based on feedback from those sessions. No account is required to try core features.

Lyriq also provides linked resources that can feed into the main workspace. These include a rhyme hub with anchor words, perfect and near rhymes, demo bars, and writing tips; a hook ideas hub with chorus-ready starters organized by topic; verse directions and prompts grouped by subjects such as motivation, loss, or street-life; and practical songwriting guides on structure, hooks, punchlines, flow, and authenticity.
